BOOKING AT ITLON FARM CAMPSITE
Bookings and payments
By making a booking you agree to our terms and conditions.
Our terms and conditions can be changed at any time or surpassed by further regulations ie: covid-19.
To secure a booking a deposit of 50% (three nights or less pay in full on booking) is required.
Payment can be made by card, cash or BACS- we do not accept cheques or payment from second parties. All deposits are non-refundable or transferable- please see our cancellation policy.
On booking and payment of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that all your contact information and dates etc.. are correct and inform us of any changes or mistakes within 48 hours (by email).
Please note all booking dates are quoted as arrival day and departure day. Bookings can only be made by adults aged 18 or over.
Pitch numbers are posted daily on our Site Map notice board beside the entrance track. Group bookings by prior arrangement only.
We cannot guarantee specific pitches, although we do our best, but we reserve the right to move your booking should the need arise.
We accept no responsibility for inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury to person/s or property whilst on our premises.
We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or terminate any booking/stay at any time without explanation.
Cancellations:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Where possible notice of cancellation must be made in excess of 28 days prior to arrival. If we manage to rebook your pitch in full, having had the 28 days notice, we will (at our discretion) do our best to refund you any money paid (minus a £25 admin fee.)
Full payment is required 14 days prior to your stay, any cancellation made after this point will be liable for payment in full. (Again should we manage to rebook your pitch in full we will endeavour to return funds, but cannot guarantee this)
No refund is given if you arrive late or leave earlier than your booked dates.
If we have to cancel your booking due to reasons of our own, you will be offered a credit note, or refund for your stay. Alterations to a booking: If you wish to alter your dates this will subject to availability and £25 admin fee.
Arrivals/ Departures:
Pitches are to be vacated strictly by midday .
Arrivals on site no earlier than 1.00 pm. The latest arrival is 9pm. If arriving late or departing early please do so quietly so as not to disturb your neighbours.
We regret we cannot accommodate late departures from pitch. If you would like to leave after midday please book an extra night when booking.
We can park your van elsewhere on site after vacating your pitch if you would like to make the most of your last day. ( by arrangement only)
Pitching:
Our pitches are all marked with numbers / letters. There are also white posts marking the boundary of your pitch. Please do not encroach on the next door pitch/es.
Electric hook ups and Gas:
Please ensure all electrical equipment is in good working order. Low wattage camping appliances should be used and please ensure all gas installations have a current safety certificate.
Hook ups are not to be used for charging electric/ hybrid cars. A penalty of £50 will be applied for each breach. The heating of awnings is prohibited.
Day Visitors:
Two visitors are allowed to your pitch. Any more by arrangement.
Noise:
Please keep the noise to a level that will not disturb other guests at all times. No high noise after 9 pm and all noise to stop between 11pm and 8 pm.
We do not allow amplified music on site.
Excess noise may result in you being asked to leave the site.
Fires, BBQ’s and Fire-pits:
Fire-pits and BBQ’s are allowed as long as:
- you are aware of the nearest fire safety point.
- they are off the ground (bricks/ slabs supplied by fire points- please return after use. )
- they are never left unattended.
- the smoke does not cause a nuisance.
Strictly there are to be no ground based campfires.
No Chinese lanterns or fireworks allowed.
Please dispose of ashes and disposable BBQ’s in the red metal bins in the waste area.
Speed:
The campsite speed limit is 5 miles per hour (walking speed) this is applicable to all vehicles and cycles at all times. All vehicles to be fully licenced and insured.
Dogs:
All dogs to be kept on leads, and exercised off site and supervised at all times. Please clean up after your dogs should any accidents occur.
No dogs to be left in units unsupervised at any time.
All dogs must be well behaved and child friendly.
Dogs are not allowed inside the toilet block (bar assistance dogs with special permission.)
Fields cannot be used to walk your dog.
Children:
The behaviour and safety of children is the responsibility of the parents in all circumstances. Children must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety on the premises.
Farm:
The campsite is part of a small working farm. All farm buildings, yards and fields are out of bounds to campsite guests. We endeavour to keep farming operations to normal working hours- but with weather restrictions, and availability of contractors and animals involved this may not always be the case.
